U17/U19 & 19+

10 Different skills, 9 with a minimum of 270 degree of somersault rotation, 4 of these 9 are specified below.  Elements cannot be combined to fulfil these requirements
1 Landing on either front or back
In conjunction with the above skill - 1 element from front or back
1 skill with at least 540 degree of twist
1 skill with at least 720 degree of somersault rotation
 
Mens & ladies
10 Different skills, all with a minimum of 270 degree of somersault rotation
2 of the elements must have a combined minimum difficulty level of 2.3
The difficult for these 2 elements will be added to the execution score
Both of these elements must be asterisked on the performers tariff sheet
Neither of these elements should be repeated in the voluntary routine or the performer will loose the difficulty score for them
